Aim and Values of Jolly Jumpers

Jolly Jumpers is an Outstanding Ofsted registered home-based childcare service that aims to provide exceptional care for Children, irrelevant of their age, abilities, race and religion. We offer a flexible service, tailored for each child. It's a service that is one hundred percent devoted to quality care and enrichment of children. Jolly Jumpers is a service that allows your children to be looked after by people who are family-friendly (a home away from home).

We are dedicated in providing warm, energetic, nurturing and positive environments that are welcoming, safe, caring and supportive so that children and their families develop a true sense of belonging. We believe in providing learning opportunities that are fun, educational and creative, and offer children choices. Individual abilities, interests and talents are recognised and stimulated both within the home and through interaction with the wider community. Jolly Jumpers prides itself on developing and extending a range of skills to each child under its care by providing a big range of activities and equipment both indoors and outdoors.

Children are cared for in an environment that meets health and safety requirements, but importantly, it's a normal friendly family environment of love, attention and routine. Our business goes from strength to strength through working in partnership with parents, children and other professionals, helping parents and guardians to balance their work and family commitments and giving parent's peace of mind leaving their children in our care. Part of our success is that of the mixed age groups which is much more stimulating, both educationally and socially, than being in a one age group environment.

Who We Are

We are a husband and wife team living in a four-bedroom end of terrace house in Twickenham with our two Daughters aged 23 and 20. As part of our family we have two Hungarian Vizsla dogs called Lola and Alfie and a chihuahua called Jamie. Izelda has been childminding since March 08 and had her last Ofsted inspection in November 2018. Richard joined her in March 09 and had his last inspection in November 2018.

We are registered with Ofsted and members of Richmond Childminding Association and childcare , co,uk with which our public liability insurance is held.

We have a double reception room with a conservatory and outbuilding as our playroom as well as a garden with a fabulous climbing frame. We are constantly reflecting and evaluating our setting in order to provide the best possible care for the children and their parents.
